Value Education is part of Curriculam in BVM Holy Cross College. We pursue this to help out students live a life based on Indian ethos and core values.

Value Education is Education in Values and Education towards the inculcation of  values. Literally, Value means the regard that something is held to deserve: the importance, worth or usefulness of something. Your values are the things that you believe are important in the way you live and work. They (should) determine your priorities, and, deep down, they’re probably the measures you use to tell if your life is turning out the way you want it to.

Methodology

We believe that values of life are “caught” rather than taught. Hence we use interactive methods such as group discussions, case studies, role play and assignments. There will be sessions of 30 minutes duration on every Wednesday.
