Examination

The examination system of Bishop Vayalil Memorial Holy Cross College is designed to
ensure transparency, security, and efficiency in the conduct of examinations. The college
provides well-organized infrastructure and modern technological support to maintain
confidentiality and smooth functioning of examination activities.

Examination Halls

The institution has 13 well-arranged examination halls, each with a seating capacity of 30 students. These halls are spacious, well ventilated, and arranged in a manner that ensures a comfortable and disciplined examination environment.

To maintain fairness and proper supervision, all examination halls are equipped with CCTV cameras. These cameras enable online monitoring of examinations by the authorities, ensuring transparency and preventing malpractice during examinations.     

Examination Office

The college has a well-equipped examination office that manages all examination-related activities efficiently. The office is furnished with three computers and a high-quality printer which are used for preparing and printing question papers and other confidential examination documents.

The system used for handling examination materials is protected with proper firewall security, ensuring that confidential data such as question papers and examination records are safeguarded from unauthorized access.
