About the ICC

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) ensures safety, dignity, and equality for all members of the college community. It addresses grievances related to sexual harassment and discrimination in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2015.

  • To promote gender equality and workplace safety awareness.
  • To ensure a confidential, fair, and unbiased grievance redressal system.
  • To create a safe and harassment‑free campus environment.
  • To provide a sensitive and accessible complaint mechanism.
  • To ensure strict action on reported cases.
  • To provide emotional and psychological support to students.
