PG Admission

Admission procedure is as per the rules and regulations of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. 50% of the seats of PG and UG courses are filled by the University through the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) and the remaining seats by the management.

Admission/ Allotment of seats under merit quota is governed by a Centralized Allotment Process. Selection/ Allotment of a candidate to the college will be based on the rank of the candidate and the availability of seats. The prospectus on Centralized Allotment Process will be available in the portal: cap.mgu.ac.in. There is only a single application form for applying for admission to the U.G. Degree Programmes in various affiliated colleges.

PG Admission-Eligibility

 To apply for management quota, you can either collect the application form from the college or apply online.

To apply online

• The Applicant need to submit only one application for admission to any number of Programs.
• Before you proceed to fill in the application form, please ensure that you have read and understood the eligibility criteria for the Programme/Course you are applying for.
• Meeting the University Eligibility criteria is mandatory to get admission.
• Carefully fill in the information in all aspects. Incomplete application form will not be accepted.
• Any error/misinformation in the application form shall result in cancellation of admission.
• Candidate should fill his / her basic details like Date of Birth, Address, District, State, Aadhar number, Contact / Mobile numbers, and E-mail very carefully.
• The name should be the same as mentioned in the Class X certificate.
• Submit copies of all relevant certificates along with this application
• Before final submission of Application form, read the declaration carefully and give your consent on it, failing which you will not be able to complete your application.
• Application fee once paid is not refundable for any reason.
