Health Club

The Health Club of Bishop Vayalil Memorial Holy Cross College brings together a group of college students who convene to address topics related to personal health maintenance. Activities for students to maintain good overall health, including mental, physical, emotional, and social health are covered by the Health Club. Its primary objectives are to enhance knowledge of health and nutrition, promote the adoption of a healthy lifestyle among both students and the broader community and contribute to the well-being of the community at large. It provides aerobic workouts as one of its programmes and activities to achieve these goals.

  • To offer counselling on a range of health issues to school personnel and students.
  • To encourage the employees and students in the campus to adopt healthy habits.
  • To raise consciousness among the campus employees and students regarding their health.
