Counselling and Support: The SC/ST Cell shall provide counselling and support services to SC/ST students to address their academic, personal and social challenges. This includes guidance on educational opportunities, career counselling and personal development.
Awareness and Sensitization: The Cell shall organize workshops, seminars and awareness campaigns to sensitize the college community about the issues faced by SC/ST students and promote inclusivity and diversity.
Grievance Redressal: SC/ST students can approach the Cell with any grievances or concerns they may have related to discrimination, harassment, or any other issues. The Cell shall ensure that such grievances are addressed promptly and in a confidential manner.
