1. Rev. Dr. Mathew Maleparampil Endowment Pope Francis Endowment
Dr. Mathew Maleparampil, who served Bishop Vayalil Memorial Holy Cross College as Principal from 2006 to 2014, was a value-driven person of high integrity. Rev. Dr. Mathew Maleparampil Endowment of Rs.5000 is awarded to selected students from MSW, MSc Computer Science, and M. Com degree programmes.

Criteria
Only MSW, MSc. Computer Science, and M Com students are eligible for this scholarship.
The students must secure at least 90% attendance in all previous semesters.
The student should secure a minimum of 75% marks in all subjects in the previous university exams.
HOD and Class Teacher must certify the overall behaviour of the student.
Class assignments, presentations, co-curricular activities, and performance will also be considered for selection.
Recommendation of the class teacher is needed.
2. Pope Francis Endowment
Pope Francis, 26th Pope of the Catholic Church and Prophet of the poor, influences the whole world with his charisma and radical approach to structural systems and practice. He declared 2016 as the year of Mercy. In the spirit of his vision and life, the faculty members of Bishop Vayalil Memorial Holy Cross College instituted an endowment in his name in 2016. This scholarship is awarded to economically disadvantaged yet academically excellent final-year MSc Mathematics student at the college. An amount of Rs. 5000/- will be distributed to the student.

3. Joseph and Aleyamma Arampulickal Memorial Award
James Joseph Arampulickal is a philanthropist settled in America. He has a great interest in supporting those who need assistance in academics. He instituted a scholarship in memory of his parents, Joseph and Aleyamma Joseph in 1998 with a fixed amount of $1001. The capital amount in 2016 was Rs.1,10,000/-. This scholarship is awarded to two selected students in their third year of the BCA Degree programme. An amount of Rs. 4500/- will be distributed as the scholarship.

4. K.M Cherian & Cicily Cherian Karimthakarackal Award
They are natives of Mutholy, and now settled in the US. They are taking special interest in supporting students who have high academic performance. They instituted a scholarship in 1997 with Rs.50,000/- as a fixed deposit. The capital amount in 2016 was Rs.1,40,000/. This scholarship is given to selected students from the third year BSc Mathematics and BA Visual Communication degree programmes. An amount of Rs. 5000/- each will be given to the selected students.

5. Geordy Jacob and Thomson Jacob Plalickal Memorial Scholarship
Geordy Jacob was a BCA student of Bishop Vayalil Memorial Holy Cross College during 2007-2010. His brother Thomson Jacob was also a student of Bishop Vayalil Memorial Holy Cross College studying B Com during 2011- 2012. Now both are in their eternal home. Their family members instituted a scholarship to remember their happy memories in 2012.
The capital amount is Rs.50,000/-. (Rs.40,000/- donated by their family and Rs.10,000/- donated by the PTA of the College). The scholarship of Rs.5000/- will be awarded to the selected student of B. Com Computer Applications from the interest of the deposit.

6. Abhilash George Memorial Scholarship
Abhilash George was a student of Bishop Vayalil Memorial Holy Cross College studying B Com Computer Applications during 2010-2013. Now he is in his eternal home. The College, along with his classmates, instituted a scholarship to remember his happy memories in the year 2013. The capital amount is Rs. 30,000/-. (Rs. 15,000/- donated by the B Com 2010 admission batch, Rs. 10,000/- donated by the PTA of the College, and Rs. 5,000/- donated by his family). An amount of Rs. 3000/- will be given to the selected student of B Com Finance and Taxation, from the interest of the deposit

7. Dr. T. T. Devassia Endowment
This is an endowment instituted by Dr. T. T. Devassia, Director, Department of Commerce, to the 1st-year M.Com student who secures the highest marks in the University Examinations. An amount of Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees only) is deposited with the college on 11 March 2016. The interest from the deposit is utilized for awarding the scholarship.
8. Rev. Dr. A. J. George Ampazhathumkal Scholarship
This is an endowment instituted by Rev. Dr. A. J. George Ampazhathumkal, (Principal, Bishop Vayalil Memorial Holy Cross College, Cherpunkal), in the UG Course. This scholarship is awarded to 2nd-year B Com students (Both Batches) who secure the highest mark in the University examinations. An amount of Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees only) is deposited with the college on 17 March 2016. The interest from the deposit should be utilized for awarding the scholarship.
9. BVM Freeship
Financial assistance is provided by the college management to those who are financially disadvantaged or facing unexpected financial hardship. It is given with the permission of the principal after receiving applications from needy students.
10. Holy Cross Scholarship
This scholarship is provided in the form of fees concession for those PG students who have completed their graduation from this college. This scholarship is applicable for all PG courses except MSW.
11. Bishop Vayalil Scholarship
This scholarship is provided in the form of fee benefits to students of selected batches in the college, with the approval of the principal.
