Association

Commercia

The Commerce Association serves as the vibrant academic and activity wing of the department, providing students with opportunities to apply classroom learning in practical and meaningful ways. It plays a key role in fostering teamwork, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking amongstudents. It is established in 2004 and it was renamed as “Commercia” in 2014.

Under the guidance of the faculty coordinator and other department members, the association organizes a variety of activities that enhance managerial and organizational skills. Students actively engage in planning and executing practice-oriented initiatives that involve budgeting, procurement, pricing, marketing, teamwork, and customer interaction. Such activities provide hands-on exposure to real business practices and help students understand the practical dimensions of commerce beyond textbooks.
The association also supports academic enrichment through interactions, discussions, and collaborative learning, creating a strong sense of belonging and professional confidence among students.
