ASSET [Association of Staff and Students Empowering Technology] is an association formed by the computer aspirants of BVM Holy Cross College in 2002. The motto of the Association is “Wings of Talented Youth”. The aim of ASSET is to share new IT trends and techniques among staff and students. The association conducts regular programmes for students including seminars, presentations, technical news, quiz competitions, games etc. The department regularly conducts workshops, seminars and boot camps for equipping students with industry-ready skills. ASSET encourages students to participate in extracurricular activities. Understanding the importance of hands-on training in acquiring IT skills, the department encourages students to explore software projects outside their curriculum.
