Arts Club

The Christmas celebration of the college was conducted on 22 December 2023 at the Open Auditorium with immense student participation. Christmas crib making and Carole song competitions were organized by the college union. The event started with Christmas procession and various cultural events.

Arts Club inauguration was held on 21 December 2023 at Open Auditorium. The inauguration was done by the famous South Indian Actor Harikrishnan. The event started at 10 . 30 am and commenced at 12. 40 pm. Rev. Dr Baby Sebastian Thonikuzhi gave the Presidential address followed by the felicitation of Dr V. V. Georgekutty (Dean of Studies ) and Mr. Jephin Jose ( IQAC Coordinator ). College Chairman Mr. Don Baby gave the vote of thanks. The official logo of the Arts Club and Union for the academic year 2023 – 2024 were also released. Whole college participated in the event.

The Onam celebration-AARAVAM 2K23 was conducted on 24/08/2023 and 25 August 2023  at college Open Auditorium. The event was organized by the Arts Club of this college in association with the college union. The event started with logo release , thug of war and flash mob. The Arts Club organized department wise competitions for the students. Pookalam competition, thug of war competition, Tanima ethnic fashion show were conducted for the students. The winners were honoured by cash prizes. All the events were managed by the auspicious presence of our principal Rev Dr Baby Sebastian and other esteemed faculty members. The whole college participated in the event.

The Freshers Day was conducted on 4/08/2023 at college Open Auditorium. The event was organized by the Arts Club of this college in association with college union. Fresher’s day was organized for the first year students of this institution to show their talents in co-curricular activities. Each department were given thirty minutes to perform their talents. The event was inaugurated by Dr Baby Thomas, Vice Principal of Civil Service Institute , Pala. The chief guest shared his life experiences and mentioned the importance of keeping a dream and how to become successful regardless of our situations. Our principal, Rev Dr Baby Sebastian gave the presidential address. Dr V V Georgekutty ( Dean of Studies), Mr Jephin Jose (IQAC coordinator), and Rev Fr Roy Malamackal (Bursar) gave the felicitations.

The students of this college under the leadership of Mr Jithin Vakkachen ( Faculty- Film and Media Studies) performed a flash mob to commemorate the 28 glorious years of this prestigious institution. The four departments performed various cultural events. All students participated in the event.
